Not everyone has the desire to be stronger, run farther and faster, or look good naked. That’s fine. Exercise is being shown to be really good for your brain. It is being shown to help creativity, mental health, and help stave of chronic diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia (throw in Diabetes aswell).
Losing my mind as I age and both physical and mental decrepitude scare the hell out of me. If your mental faculties matter to you then please do something, anything, just move more.
