Dropping it Like a Squat

Not only was this a PR on my 3-Rep Front Squat it was a PR on my 1-Rep Front Squat. I followed this with an attempt at 24o#. I felt by bracing collapse and still made 2-Reps, didn’t go for a 3rd. Usually I like to push myself to failure but this time I decided to “leave some in the tank” as my coaches have been suggesting, my goal was to test my 3-Rep after all. Previous 1-Rep tested a year ago was 225.
