Humans were evolved as an active organism. Not an organism designed to sit in a commute for an hour plus, sit at a desk for 8, sit at tables 2, and sit on a couch for 3. But that has become life for many, many people and we are seeing the results:

I’m a gamer, I know what it’s like to play Skyrim or Fallout for 12-hours straight (yes, I forgot to eat during that time, but at least the cat appreciated a stationary lap).
