Fountain of Youth

When you’ve been at this for a while (I’m coming up on my 5 year anniversary with CrossFit) friends and family have generally accepted your addiction. Though I can’t imagine not living this was at this point is is important to remember the big picture of why all humans should be doing something to promote their fitness.

Do you want to live longer? Do you want to live those years better?

There is no pill for fitness only dedication.
